Description

About the Role:
GMHBA is seeking a Member Experience Coach to provide real-time product system and process support to Member Experience Sales & Retention and Membership Advisors. This role includes coaching facilitating workshops and contributing to process improvements to enhance member experience quality and compliance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time support and coaching to advisors across digital and voice channels.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and support learning initiatives.
  • Assist with process improvements documentation proofing and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Promote health safety and wellbeing in the workplace.

Skills And Experiences

About you

As the ideal candidate youll need to demonstrate the following skill and experience:

Mandatory

  • Broad experience working in a Contact Centre and/or Retail environment
  • Understanding of PHI Products and experience working in PHI Industry
  • Demonstrated ability to operate a broad range of computer packages and to quickly pick up new systems.
  • Strong focus on delivering quality outcomes for members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Committed to continuous improvement
  • Proactive self-motivated and works on own initiative including planning and organizing own workload
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience across all brands (GMHBA frank)

Highly desirable

  • Previous experience working in a QA team
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience in experiencing and delivering technical coaching
