Position Highlights
Outpatient practice only no inpatient or hospital rounding
Phone-only call coverage shared across practices in the network
Employed position within a reputable physician-led health system
Highly competitive compensation: $225000$300000 based on experience
Incentives and bonuses including:

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate care
Promote preventive care and wellness education among patients
Qualifications
MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Eligible for New York State medical licensure
