Due to our recently-announced acquisition of Grover Charitable Gaming ( Light & Wonder ( is growing our team to deliver the best games culture and results in the industry. This new business will expand Light & Wonders (L&W) cross-platform leadership as the premier developer of games across Gaming Social iGaming and Charitable Gaming channels. SUMMARY: The Relationship Manager is responsible for being the liaison between customers and the sales team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services. This role will manage and develop customer accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with our customers within a designated territory. The territory for this role will cover the areas surrounding Fort Wayne Indiana. The position provides a base salary plus monthly bonus potential along with a company vehicle gas card and company credit card.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be an ambassador for Mission Vision and Values and be an ambassador of these principles.
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
Assist customers through multiple avenues of communication (email phones meetings etc.).
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
Ability to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with our company.
Develop rapport with new clients set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new customers.
The position will require you to work with mid and senior level management marketing and technical staff.
Ability to handle objections by clarifying emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive solution.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and our companys leaders.
Attendance to industry functions such as association events and conferences and ability to provide feedback and information on market and trends.
Ability to present and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services products and distribution channels.
Identify opportunities for campaigns services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
2-4 years of sales and/or marketing experience
Proficient networker and public speaker
Experience will Sales Planning
Experience with driving sales process from planning to close
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to influence others
Excellent oral and written communication
