Job Description
Renuity is seeking a data-driven and creative Paid Media Lead to build and scale performance video campaigns across social platforms. This role will focus on full-funnel media buying for platforms like TikTok and YouTube with a goal of driving measurable lead generation and ROI. Based in our Charlotte NC office this is a high-impact opportunity to lead video-first strategy and execution across all divisions.
What Youll Do:
Build manage and optimize paid video ad accounts to meet or exceed top performance benchmarks for social lead generation
Lead strategy budget and execution for performance video across platforms including TikTok YouTube and other video-first environments
Utilize AI tools and curated seed video/image assets to rapidly test and iterate engaging high-performing creatives
Streamline ad creation workflows using internal or third-party tools to improve production efficiency and reduce cost-per-lead
Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance across creative formats audiences and geographies
Collaborate closely with creative analytics and business unit teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing and revenue goals
Continuously monitor campaign performance and apply learnings to drive ongoing improvement
What Youll Bring:
35 years of experience managing video-first paid media campaigns across TikTok YouTube and similar platforms
Proven track record of driving performance through innovative video content and strong optimization strategies
Demonstrated ability to own full-funnel campaign strategy from audience targeting to creative testing to conversion tracking
Deep interest in testing learning and applying new performance video strategies.
Familiarity with creative automation and AI-enhanced ad tools is a plus
Thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment with a focus on performance and experimentation
