Job Description
Location: 4310 Fyler Ave
Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Experience Required: 2 Years (Craft Cocktails & Beer)
Alpha Brewing Co is on the hunt for a skilled and personable bartender to join our crew! If youre passionate about craft beer have a solid foundation in mixology and love creating great experiences for guests wed love to hear from you.
What Were Looking For:
- At least 2 years of bartending experience with strong knowledge of craft cocktails and beer styles.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude attention to detail and solid communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while keeping your cool and your sense of humor.
- Must be 21 and have (or be willing to get) all applicable local serving certifications.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Mixing up high-quality craft cocktails with creativity and consistency.
- Pouring and recommending our house-brewed beers with confidence and knowledge.
- Providing top-notch service to guests at the bar and in the taproom.
- Keeping the bar clean organized and well-stocked.
- Supporting your teammates and keeping the good vibes going.
