Oliver Inc. is looking for an accountable Bindery Cutter Operator to set up & operate Cutting Folding and Saddle-stitching equipment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and deliver efficiency accuracy and on-time performance.

About the Role:
As our Bindery Cutter Operator you will:
- Read and understand job ticket specifications. Set and operate machine to published specifications.
- Set up the bindery equipment to the specifications of the project.
- Identify troubleshoot and correct product defects.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bindery equipment as needed.
- Operate the bindery equipment at the highest production speed while maintaining the highest quality products.
- Effectively communicates the status of jobs and machines at shift-change to ensure smooth transition.
Schedule: Train on 1st Shift and will then be moved to 2nd Shift.
About You:
Youre a fit for the role of Bindery Cutter Operator if your background includes:
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing setting up & operating various Bindery equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of the mechanics and capabilities of equipment tooling supplies etc.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions as well as work independently.
- Ability to regularly lift stack bend walk use pallet jack and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Team Player with ability to multi-task with deadlines while still meeting standards.
- Demonstrate high ethical standards with fellow employees customers and the public.
- Detail-oriented.
