Location:Based at Broxtowe Family Hub The Corner House 18 Strelley Rd Nottingham NG8 3AP but will be required to work across all four hubs

About the Role
You will support agencies and families and deliver high quality early years provision and social development opportunities for children that supports them to move successfully into education narrow the attainment gap and decrease dependencies on public services. In this role you will act as a key worker for children young people and families with a range of needs. Providing support advice and guidance with a focus on improving the educational outcomes of children by delivering appropriate interventions as well as coordinating interventions delivered by other agencies and supporting families with children subject to Child Protection Child in Need Youth Justice and Team Around the Family (TAF) Plans.
