About this Role
If you enjoy problem-solving juggling moving parts and making smart decisions under pressure youll feel right at home here. As our new Fleet Coordinator youll help keep our national fleet running smoothly and ensure the right vehicles are in the right place at the right time.

Allocate vehicles for contract hire and rental across the UK network

Monitor vehicle statuses and drive down downtime

Help increase fleet performance by supporting better utilisation

Work closely with branches and other departments to move assets where theyre needed most

Be a key player in maintaining day-to-day fleet operations
About You
Youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment keeps calm under pressure and isnt afraid to make decisions. Whether its fleet hire or customer service your past experience means youre confident handling a busy schedule.

Some experience in the fleet hire or customer service industries

Strong attention to detail and confident Excel skills

Able to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and by email

Logical thinker who makes quick commercial decisions

Comfortable working at pace and solving problems on the go
