Insomniac produces some of the most innovative immersive music festivals and events in the world. Enhanced by state-of-the-art lighting pyrotechnics and sound design large-scale art installations theatrical performers and next generation special effects our events captivate the senses and inspire a unique level of fan interaction. Insomniac produces 10000 concerts club nights and festivals for seven million attendees annually across the globe. Since its inception Insomniac events have taken place in 13 countries across five continents. The companys premiere event Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas is the worlds largest dance music festival and attracts more than 525000 fans over three days. The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993.

THE ROLE

The Guest List Manager is responsible for overseeing the full scope of guest list operations at Factory Town. This role ensures smooth and professional handling of guest list submissions approvals distribution and check-in logistics. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and thrives in a fast-paced live entertainment environment where clear communication and discretion are key.

REPORTING

  • Manage guest list submissions by collecting organizing and verifying all internal and external guest list submissions (artist teams promoters staff label contacts etc)
  • Maintain up-to-date records of comp policies and allocation limits
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guest list-related inquiries from staff artist representatives and VIP coordinators
  • Confirm entries and changes in a timely professional manner
  • Finalize and distribute the master guest list to box office and security teams prior to each event
  • Ensure that entry logistics for guests are clear efficient and aligned with venue protocols
  • Coordinate with VIP hosts artist relations and ticketing teams for smooth onsite experiences
  • Enforce venue and company policies regarding guest list usage and limits
  • Track and report comp usage per department team or artist as required
  • Flag any misuse or irregularities to management or HR
  • Maintain accurate documentation of each events guest list allocations and check-in activity
  • Support post-show reporting and reconciliation when needed
  • Other special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in live entertainment hospitality artist relations or venue operations
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills; detail-oriented and reliable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; calm and professional under pressure
  • Comfortable working nights weekends and holidays as required by event schedules
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Familiarity with guest list or ticketing platforms (e.g. Lennd Frontgate Eventbrite Ticketmaster internal CRM tools) a plus
  • Exhibit exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Possess excellent organizational communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Periodic travel is required

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
  • Must be willing to frequently work and travel to work events during the nights holiday and weekend hours as required to meet deadlines and work events.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $75.000.00 USD
