About ZO
ZO provides a comprehensive suite of wellness lifestyle hospitality and corporate services to tenants and their employees. At 222 North LaSalle ZO operates onsite amenity spaces that host events services and programming for tenants.
Summary of Position
The ZO Assistant Manager based at our Clubhouse
Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:
Promote a welcoming hospitality-oriented service culture at the Clubhouse
Oversee daily operations of the Clubhouse
Collaborate with Property Management to generate monthly financial statements and ensure all invoices are processed and tracked accurately and paid in a timely manner. Assist accounting support in processing and tracking of all incoming revenue payments and operating expenses
Prepare a weekly report highlighting the State of the Operation to General Manager of the property
Actively build relationships with our customers; identify and execute strategies to connect members to each other and create a well-rounded community
Monitor and track weekly payroll including overtime and gratuities
Work with Property Management and Cleaning to maintain facility as it relates to supply needs equipment security cleaning repairs and maintenance
Monitor and report all FF&E (Furniture Fixtures & Equipment) needs
Complete Shift Reports with a plan to follow up on all outstanding items
Collaborate with and provide feedback to Food and Beverage Partner to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
Ensure compliance with health sanitation liquor safety and employment regulations by clearly communicating and reinforcing standards and procedures to all employees.
Events and Programming:
Responsible for execution and success of all ZO. programming events at the Clubhouse
Manage inquiries sales process coordination and execution of private events in ZO. spaces
Collaborate with ZO. regional manager and Property Management team to ensure are all aware of upcoming ZO. programming and events
Qualifications:
5 years experience in in a similar position in a hospitality environment
Bachelors degree

While performing the duties of this job the Assistant Manager is regularly required to stand walk use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls and speak or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to climb balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The Assistant Manager must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 5-30 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Must have open availability during weekdays including early mornings and evenings.

The base compensation range for this role is $50000 to $60000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus as well as access to our comprehensive medical dental and vision insurance life and disability insurance 401(k) plan (with matching contributions) wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer base range reflects a number of factors including but not limited to relevant experience skill sets and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyers Chicago team as weve considered factors specific to this geography.
