About the job
We are currently seeking aMaster Planner to join our team of professionals in Supply Chain Division to support Lund GPHE assembly plant where we produce high volume as well as special products in our assembly lines. This individual will be responsible for managing demand and supply plans for the plant broken down to materials and capacity levels establishing the base for short term and long-term supplier forecasts maintaining local MRP with optimal inventory level parameters to ensure delivery plan can be met and we can deliver with smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This role requires strong analytical abilities problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of production planning and materials management in a manufacturing environment and good product knowledge is needed.
We are planning to migrate to the new MRP system during 2026-2027 and this role is key player in this transition project.
Key Responsibilities
Master planning (demand and supply forecasting): Analyse historical sales data production schedules and market trends to forecast material needs and plan production cycles accordingly (3-18 months horizon) propose actions needed in the supply chain to ensure that expected volumes can be produced within agreed lead times
Material Planning:Generate maintain and manage MRP schedules to ensure the availability of raw materials components and supplies required for production.
Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels analyze and reduce stockouts or excess inventory.
Procurement Coordination:Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and resources based on production forecasts.
The role is based in Lund you will be part of the management team for Supply chain department.

What you know
You have bachelors degree in business or engineering/supply chain (is a minimum requirement) - Supply Chain degree is preferred. Masters degree is a plus
You possess 3-4 years of working experience in supply chain such as master planning production planning inventory management and/or purchasing exposed S&Ops cycle
You have worked in or have a solid understanding of how an ERP system (preferably in Microsoft D365) is used to enforce supply chain directives
You are proficient with Microsoft Office
You have experience of participating in projects and have had your own responsibility for parts or an entire project. Good knowledge of LEAN is an advantage
You have an excellent command of English and you have intermediate level fluency in Swedish
APICS certification (CPIM/CRIM) (preferred) knowledge and experience of Inventory Management
