Job Description
Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district.
The successful candidate must be able to accomplish the following responsibilities in a friendly efficient and professional manner:
- Responsible for sophisticated data collection and dissemination for In Danger of Retention and Tutorial
- Assists in assessment to determine placement of students within small groups and tutorials
- Assists instructional personnel with the development and presentation of learning materials and instructional exercises.
- Assists students individually or in small groups to reinforce and follow up learning activities.
DETAILS FOR THIS POSITION:

- WORKSITE: Fallbrook Stem Academy
- WORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 3.92 hours/day 8:30 a.m. - 12:25 p.m.
- BENEFITS: Benefitspackage includes paid sick leave vacation and holidays (currently observing 14 paid holidays a year).
- REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING:Equivalent to the completionof the twelfth grade; and either an Associates Degree of Arts (AA) or have completed 48 college/university semester units or pass the FUESD proficiency test for this classification; experience workingwith people of various cultures; one (1) year of paid or volunteer experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable supplemented by courses in childcare supervision psychology or guidance; or any combination of training and experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities Bilingual preferred.
