Location: Ogden UT
What will you do
Secure the building at all times.
Monitor cameras
Answer phone/forward calls
Direct traffic
Use the Envoy system to check in and out visitors into the building
Will assist other departments in general administrative tasks when needed
Other applicable duties as assigned
What Will You Need to Succeed
Must be willing to be trained in Pasco Guard training for the state of Utah
Must be required to take a Background check
High school graduate or equivalent
Some college or advanced secretarial training preferred
Proficient typing and computer skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Good interpersonal and public relations skills
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft
Well organized attentive to detail and able to work well independently
Able to operate basic office equipment including 10-key calculator telephone fax and copy machines
The hourly pay for this position is $16.22. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to the roles responsibilities experience location education/training internal equity and key skills. Your recruiter will provide more detailed information during the interview process.
