Job purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Summer Intern to support our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system transition. The intern will be responsible for manually reviewing and transferring contract details from SharePoint into the CLM platform ensuring accuracy completeness and consistency of data. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and offers exposure to contract administration and digital transformation in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually extract and input relevant data from contracts stored on SharePoint into the CLM system.
• Interpret contract content including key dates financial terms renewal clauses and contact information.
• Ensure accurate tagging and classification of contract types and categories.
• Maintain tracking logs and report progress to project leads regularly.
• Collaborate with Procurement Legal and Business teams for clarification and validation of contract details.
• Perform quality checks to ensure completeness and compliance with data standards.
• Support documentation of data transfer processes and flag inconsistencies or issues

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel SharePoint and basic document management systems.

• Basic understanding of contracts or legal documents (preferred not essential).
