Reponsibilities
- Trouble shooting/decision making: Determining Causes of operating errors and deciding how to fix the problem.
- Reading comprehension: understanding written documents concerning work related tasks
- Writing: communicating effectively with co-workers through proper grammatical and spelling
- Communication: effectively communicating with the team to fix the customers needs in a timely manner.
