Procurement Agent (Associate, Experienced, and Senior)

Company:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Procurement Agent (Associate Experienced and Senior) to support program based out of Hazelwood MO or Ridley Park PA.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate Experienced and Senior Level Procurement Agents.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Hazelwood MO or Ridley Park PA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.

• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.

• Supports sourcing strategies negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.

• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 2 years experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word

• 2 years experience drafting negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

• 2 years experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions

• Fluent in both verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Bachelors degree or higher preferred but not required

• 3 years experience functioning in a cross-functional environment

• 3 years experience working with Supplier Management Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes

• 3 years experience managing supplier relationships strategic partnerships and supplier performance

• 3 years experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level 2)

Typically 3 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Experienced (Level 3)

Typically 6 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Senior (Level 4)

Typically 10 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.
