Call Center Representative- Up to $70000-85000!

About the Role
In this position you will:
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Engage with prospects in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and assess their interest in our products or services.
Present product/service information and schedule appointment for Sales team to go out and conduct a presentation.
Address any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Follow appropriate scripts.
Identify customers needs clarify information and provide solutions.
Contribute to a positive team environment
Assist with other Call Center duties as needed.

Key Qualifications
1 year experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
1 year call center experience. Five9 experience a plus!
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft office.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets.
Open to feedback for continuous improvement and growth.
