FP&A Manager
Location: Bethesda MD (100% Onsite)
Compensation:$160K Bonus
Industry: Banking / Financial Services
A publicly traded financial institution with a strong regional presence is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead core financial planning and analysis functions. This newly created position will be key in driving strategic decision-making by delivering insights modeling financial performance and managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead annual budgeting forecasting and long-term planning
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions
Partner with senior leadership to communicate financial insights
Monitor financial KPIs performance metrics and regulatory impacts
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
Qualifications:
7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
Prior experience in banking or financial services is strongly preferred
Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
CPA or CFA designation
Experience with Empyrean or similar planning tools
