Job Summary:

What Youll Do:
- Provide a welcoming and friendly first point of contact for patients ensuring a positive experience.
- Perform receptionist registration and clerical duties to support patient care.
- Schedule appointments using computerized scheduling programs.
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
- Process payments including co-pays and deductibles and refer patients to financial counselors when necessary.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of patient demographic billing and clinical information.
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy medical office setting.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance verification and prior authorization processes is a plus.
- A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
