Job Description
Were currently seeking an experienced Property Manager who enjoys working in a supportive close-knit team and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
As a key member of the property management department youll oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio of approx. 120 properties all located within a short radius of the office. Youll be backed by an experienced Department Manager and Leasing Consultant allowing you to focus on what you do bestbuilding relationships and managing properties with care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinate maintenance (routine emergency and preventative)
- Manage rental arrears and communicate with tenants
- Build strong relationships with landlords tenants and trades
- Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice standards
- Represent clients at NCAT hearings when required
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential property management
- Strong admin time management and problem-solving skills
- A genuine commitment to customer service
- Excellent communication and professional presentation
- Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player

What Youll Need:
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A reliable car and valid drivers licence
