THE POSITION
- Lead a dedicated team in our beautiful caf catering for up to 950 students daily while bringing fresh innovative ideas to the kitchen
- Remain focused organised and supportive while cooking in bulk for a large number of people and leading your team through busy service times.
- Upholding the highest standards of food safety allergen management and occupational health.
- Overseeing procurement cost control inventory and kitchen operations with a focus on sustainability and minimal waste.
- Hands-on leadership mentoring and team development within a retail setting
THE PERSON
A polished culinary professional with a strong presence exceptional communication skills and a background in a cafe setting
Proven leadership experience in a busy kitchen or service environment
A proactive mature and composed approach to kitchen leadership
A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
Commitment to food safety allergen protocols and staff development
