Job Description

Work Flexibility: Remote

As an Associate Manager Field Service you will lead a diverse regional team of Field Technicians in the Midway Region of the US to develop their individual talents while driving the performance of the MedSurg and Neurotechnology Instrument Business Unit. 50% travel throughout IL WI IN MN.

What You Will Do:

  • You will lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth within the Midway territory: IL WI IN MN.
  • Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers
  • You will champion data analysis to drive insights and decision-making within a rapidly growing business
  • Constantly analyze refine and iterate on internal processes to make them more efficient

What You Need:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with SAP Salesforce and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM

Preferred:

  • 2 years people leadership preferred
  • Vendor management experience preferred

$87600 - $143600.00 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 50%
