We are seeking a dedicated Trainer/Assessor in residential childcare to join our team. Youll support apprentices both remotely and within their workplaces and includes all aspects of training assessment adherence to Quality Assurance and regulatory standards using OneFile e-portfolio for planning assessments and feedback. Youll support and motivate a caseload of learners integrating key topics such as safeguarding British values and EDI into your sessions. Youll manage communication with learners and their line managers ensuring progress and implementing action plans as needed.
