Medical Assistant Pediatric Practice
Pineville Pediatrics Charlotte NC
Job Type: Full-Time (39 hours/week)
Schedule: MonThu (9:00 AM 5:00 PM) Fri (8:30 AM 4:00 PM)

Position Summary
Were looking for a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) who is passionate about pediatric care. If you thrive in a small-office setting value teamwork and want to grow professionally in a supportive environment wed love to meet you!
What Youll Do
Clinical Responsibilities
- Take vital signs and prepare patients for exams
- Administer medications and immunizations (NCIR experience preferred)
- Perform point-of-care (POC) lab tests
- Assist the pediatrician with procedures and patient care
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Athena experience a plus)
- Keep exam rooms clean organized and well-stocked
Front Office Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Manage patient communications and follow-ups
What Were Looking For
- CMA or RMA certification (required)
- 2- 5 years of experience in pediatrics or family practice
- Experience administering medications and immunizations
- CPR certification (required)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic EMR knowledge
- Reliable transportation
