Travel RN-Postpartum Contract Role
Job Details:
- Location: Winchester MA 01890
- Duration: 13-weeks Contract
- Shift: Day (12)-7:00 start
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2232 - $2376
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care for post-partum patients and their newborns in a couplet-care model.
- Monitor the physical emotional and educational needs of both mother and infant.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Educate mothers and families about newborn care maternal recovery and postpartum health.
- Accurately document care activities and changes in condition in the EMR.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe effective patient care.
- Maintain a safe clean and therapeutic environment for all patients.
- Participate in discharge planning and education to ensure a smooth transition home.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of current Post-Partum experience required
- Must have previous Post-Partum couplet care experience
- Mother/Baby experience required
- Travel nursing experience required
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active RN License in the state of Massachusetts (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
