Job Description

Job Title: Territory Manager - San Antonio/Austin (Territory will cover Austin San Antonio Corpus Christi Rio Grande Valley Odessa Abilene)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the designated territory.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals providing expert product use and application guidance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations training sessions and presentations to healthcare staff and decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development to align on promotional strategies and product launches.
  • Always ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management detailing sales progress and customer interactions.
  • Participate in trade shows conferences and other events to promote the company s products and services.
Essential Qualifications
  • A bachelors degree and a clean 3-year motor vehicle report are required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in field-based sales within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel within the San Antonio/Austin territory as required.
Desired Experience
  • Experience in medical device sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new medical technologies and products.
  • A successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven experience in catheterization critical care nursing and infection control.
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $80000 to $165000 annually commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package including:
