We are looking for an Admissions & Admin Manager ensuring smooth enrolment communication and administrative processes that align with our progressive learning philosophy. The Admissions & Admin Manager plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the learning hub by managing enrollment processes parent communications administrative tasks social media management and event coordination. This position requires someone who is highly organized personable and passionate about alternative education.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Enrollment Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and prospective families.
- Guide families through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new parents to align them with the hub s philosophy.
- Maintain student records documentation and reports.
Parent & Community Relations
- Build strong relationships with parents and act as their key contact for hub-related queries.
- Manage regular communication via newsletters emails and parent meetings.
- Support community engagement activities such as workshops and open houses.
Learning Hub Administration
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Handle scheduling attendance tracking and resource allocation.
- Assist in budget tracking invoices and fee management in coordination with finance.
- Maintain administrative records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Event Coordination & Logistics
- Plan and coordinate learning hub events field trips and community activities.
- Organize seasonal exhibitions maker fairs and student showcases.
- Manage partnerships with external mentors speakers and learning facilitators.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational administrative and communication skills.
- Experience in school administration admissions or educational program management.
- Passionate about progressive education self-directed learning and alternative learning models.
- Ability to engage with parents educators and community members in a warm and professional manner.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems Google Suite or administrative softwares.
- Proactive problem-solver with a flexible hands-on approach.
