Job Description
Our client is a Real Estate company looking to grow their finance team and is hiring a Finance Analyst. This is a great opportunity for a Qualified accountant with 0-3 years post-qualified experience within Real Estate / Renewables / Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience or exposure working as a finance analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Support transformation activities within the finance function including finance system enhancement projects - prior experience of system change within a finance function would be an advantage.
- Be responsible for a discrete business unit perform monthly and quarterly fee calculations to derive gross profit and review analyse the business unit P&L for accuracy and performance.
- Experience of large data set manipulation to understand how to check data ingestion into systems create data set rules to drive calculations and organise outputs to check data plausibility
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with at least 3 years experince preferably in financial services environment
- A minimum of three years prior experience in a financial and accounting role.
- Strong IT skills including advanced level in Excel is a requirement for this role.
