Licenses: Must hold or be eligible for Alabama medical license
Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Experience: Precepting experience preferred
Other Qualifications: Interest in working with students and residents encouraged
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide inpatient psychiatric care as part of a 2-member team
Participate in shared call duties during work rotation
Precept 3rd/4th year medical students and IM residents (optional)
Collaborate with IM hospitalists for medical needs of psych patients
Practice at a single location no travel required
