Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
Develop and implement a growth-focused sales strategy tailored for an agile entrepreneurial sales environment.
Provide strategic direction mentorship and coaching to the sales team to enhance performance.
Lead and manage key accounts fostering executive-level relationships to drive business expansion.
Analyse sales pipelines provide accurate forecasts and recommend strategies to accelerate deal velocity.

Initiative & Ownership: A proactive self-starter with a track record of driving critical business initiatives.
Executive Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain partnerships at the senior leadership level.
Customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
Exceptional Communication: Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to represent the company at conferences and industry events.

Experience in the mobility or public transport industry is a plus.
