Our client a large Pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Program Manager who can drive a solution integration program with multiple vendors stakeholders and team members at multiple global locations. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading multi-workstreams and the global MDM (Master Data Management) program focused on MDM platforms serving Europe LATAM and other affiliates. Pharma experience is required for this role
This is a contractual role where the selected candidate needs to be on-site in the clients San Francisco office 3 days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all MDM Program activities for the Global MDM platforms and integration
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget
- Lead the development of comprehensive plans detailing timelines milestones and resource allocations
- Establish strong partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders functional departments IT and third-party vendors to ensure project goals are met
- Proactively identify potential issues that may arise across cross functional teams and develop mitigation strategies to address risks and conflicts and ensure that issues are resolved promptly
- Monitor program progress and performance implementing adjustments to ensure success
- Regularly update business and stakeholders on program progress and address concerns promptly to ensure transparent and effective communication
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources across programs to avoid duplication and optimize efforts
- Promote collaboration among diverse teams to achieve program objectives
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to address issues and establish a structured escalation pathway to the leadership team
- Work closely with the Scrum Master to address risks and dependencies identified by various stakeholders and align with teams on these dependencies.
- Actively participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to provide updates and ensure that tasks are progressing as expected
Requirements
- Previous Pharma industry experience required
