About the Role
We are currently hiring a Permanent Full time Process Manager within the area of Measurement & Reporting to work with us on our Federal Government customer site in Melbourne. We provide flexibility options split between working in office and from home once settled into your role!
Alongside the key stakeholders this Process Manager is responsible to govern the collection and accuracy of performance data to measure and report in a multi-vendor environment on the agreed requirements from Other IT Infrastructure Service Providers (OSPs).
Keen to get involved Youll just need some of the following:
This role requires a good understanding of Measurement and Reporting but the focus is on the Governance and Process Management of the Measurement and Reporting Practice.
For further consideration we would look for:
- Current OR ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Government Security Clearance
- Experience in the use of reporting dashboards - ideally ServiceNow
- Ability to review ad resolve data and maintain trails across data mining
- Exposure to enterprise environments with multi-vendor or Other Service Provider IT delivery
- High level interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong documentation and clear writing skills for processes and work instructions
- Hold exposure or certification in ITIL4/V3 or SIAM foundations
