Job Description
A leading national food manufacturer is currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Process Workers to join their high-performing production team in the Goulburn area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full-time ongoing work in a fast-paced supportive environment.

About the Role:
- Operate across various areas of the production facility
- Handle and pack raw poultry products
- Work in cold storage and chilled environments
- Follow strict hygiene and safety procedures (GMP)
- Use of manual and electric pallet jacks
- Repetitive lifting (5kg to 18kg) and manual handling
- On-the-job training provided
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive hands-on work
- Strong attention to hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to follow clear written and verbal instructions
- Punctual reliable and a genuine team player
- Good communication skills
- Full Australian working rights must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Previous experience in poultry processing food manufacturing or a similar production environment
