As a Residential Services Worker youdesign develop implement evaluate and conduct residential programmatic services and activities for individuals. You will provide direction and training to Residential Services Aides (RSA) who deliver residential programs and services to ensure compliancewith Individual Support Plans (ISP). You will also participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings provide input regarding assessments or services provided as well as recommend methodology and integrative approaches. This role requires the ability to evaluate individual needs and a genuine desire to provide continuous active treatment that enablesachievement of program goals. In addition you will review RSA staff documentation request supplies and equipment and implement service delivery quality improvement initiatives.
