The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced exciting and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two directors in our IT Services organization in Arlington VA Austin TX Irvine CA or Seattle WA.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars planning and organizing events of all sizes and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
Key job responsibilities
* Managing complex calendars scheduling meetings responding to meeting requests as well as annual operational planning business planning and performance review cycles.
* Coordinating domestic and international travel including organizing trip agendas and local logistics.
* Completing expense reports purchase orders managing corporate card purchases and participating in budget planning and tracking as needed.
* Ensuring strategic proactive and thoughtful support by serving as a strategic business partner by proactively engaging with leadership and acting as a liaison for direct reports across the globe
* Project and program management including tracking and helping drive key deliverables following up on action items and planning and organizing events.
- 5 years of experience providing support to senior leadership or 3 years Amazon experience
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and SharePoint
- A strong desire (and aptitude) for learning; effective questioning
- Solid time management and organization skills
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
