Wage:$61500 annually
Schedule Full Time 8hr shifts Monday Friday

Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible forthemanagement of career technical training programs which includes on- and off-center training national contractor training and CTST projects management.
Essential functions:
- Plan coordinate and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of the department
- Provide staff training evaluate staff performance and implement departmental changes as approved by the center director and coordinated with the manager
- Develop departmental budget; monitor and control expenditures and review and recommend changes to budget authorizations
- Develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures affecting assigned departments; coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance of overall center objectives
- Regularly assess and audit department for contractual compliance and quality of services to students; prepare audit and assessment reports
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and 3 years related experience OR post-secondary education/ technical training and 6 years related experience
- 2 must be in a supervisor capacity
- Experience with youth excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required
- A valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record is required unless waived by management.
