Job Description

About this opportunity :

The facilities services tech is responsible for performing maintenance activity including but not limited to building and grounds maintenance. Facilities services tech will assure that the buildings and grounds are in excellent condition and will promptly respond to request for services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for execution all assigned preventative maintenance tasks at the Milford Massachusetts site.
  • Responsible for performing all maintenance work using all prescribed safety procedures.
  • Reviews and completes assigned corrective work orders in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and assist with oversight of facilities services contractors.
  • Assist with installation of equipment and write basic safety and maintenance procedures.
  • Assist with maintenance or repairs on process and facilities equipment with direction from equipment technicians.
  • Will be assigned to on-call rotation.
  • Obtain quotes and write proposals for facility improvement projects.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • High school diploma required Associate Degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in general maintenance.
  • Experience working in a cGMP environment is preferred.
  • Additional trainings and certifications relevant to facilities maintenance is required.
