Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-drivenSales Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in driving revenue growth by cultivating client relationships developing business opportunities and executing strategic sales plans. As a leader on our sales team youll focus on building long-term partnerships and promoting the unique experiences our hotel has to offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate group and leisure clients.
- Generate new business through proactive sales efforts including client visits networking events and telemarketing.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure all agreements meet the hotels revenue goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of client events meetings and stays.
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Manage and report on key performance metrics including sales revenue lead conversions and market share.
