As the Senior Director of Manufacturing Network Strategy you will play a pivotal role in shaping Vertexs manufacturing network to meet the needs of our organization and support the delivery of life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. You will leverage a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and your analytical skills to spearhead the development of robust business cases that inform critical strategic and operational decisions related to how Vertex manufactures its therapies. You will be responsible for working with cross functional stakeholders in commercial manufacturing and supply chain quality finance regulatory and development/clinical manufacturing groups to develop and maintain short-term and long-term network strategy goals in service of Vertexs goals to have robust supply chains efficient but flexible production and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is central to advancing Vertexs pipeline and ensuring the financial and operational efficiency of our manufacturing network.
This is a Boston based position requiring 3 days/week onsite.

Pay Range:
$224000 - $336000Disclosure Statement:
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors including skills competencies experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
