GENERAL MANAGER / INTEGRATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the General Manager / Integrator but are not limited to:

Leadership

  • Champion the companys Core Values through modeling and ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Own the professional development of the leadership team and set the standard for growth and accountability.
  • Translate the Visionarys big-picture ideas into actionable plans that the team can execute.
  • Act as a human engineerresolving team friction managing employee relations and navigating tough conversations with empathy and tact.
  • Serve as a buffer for the Visionary by filtering unnecessary tasks and communication enabling focus on high-level strategy.
  • Keep communication flowing throughout the organization serving as a key connector between leadership and the rest of the organization.

Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency productivity and consistent execution.
  • Oversee special projects and step in as a player-coach across departments when needed.
  • Continually evaluate and improve internal processes for better efficiency speed and scale.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions that support scalability and operational improvement.
  • Be the primary point of contact for client escalations ensuring issues are resolved professionally and reflect Omni Remodelings standards.
  • Facilitate effective L10 and Quarterly meetings keeping the team aligned and on track.

Accountability

  • Lead manage and hold the leadership team accountable to performance expectations and company goals.
  • Oversee the EOS framework including the V/TO Accountability Chart RPRS Rocks and Scorecards.
  • Own full P&L responsibility ensuring financial health profitability and smart decision-making.

** This is a full-time in-person position based in Baltimore MD **


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 5 years of executive-level leadership experience in business operations
  • Proven P&L ownership with financial accountability for a business or division in the $10M - $50M range
  • Track record of progressive career advancement demonstrating increased responsibility and team oversight
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a related field

Preferred

  • Industry experience in home remodeling construction or related service-based environments
  • Hands-on experience with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
  • MBA or other advanced business-related degree
  • Active participation in professional networking organizations
  • Experience working with or implementing CRM systems
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing special projects or operational turnarounds

Desired

  • Six Sigma certification or Lean Manufacturing training with an emphasis on process improvement and efficiency
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise-level CRM platforms Experience navigating company scaling mergers or transitions

SALARY: $150k - $175k performance-based bonus
