Job Description
Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent to support the Weapons team in St. Charles MO.
The selected candidate will work closely with a dynamic team of Supply Chain professionals who support all procurement activities for numerous commodities and complexities in support of a broad range of weapons programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
Supports sourcing strategies negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years experience in supplier management or supply chain management
1 years experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
1 years experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
1 years experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)
Experience working on a Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) compliant proposal
Work Location:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
