Position Summary

Ready to be a superhero As our Personal Care Partner youll be the maestro of making our residents days brighter! Youll anticipate identify and report care needs with the precision of a detective and the heart of a best friend.

• Be the residents personal concierge! Swoop in to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) faster than a speeding bullet.
• Transform into a grooming guru! Help residents look their best by assisting with bathing dressing and meals. Remember a well-tied shoe can be the first step to a great day!
• Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes! Keep those eagle eyes peeled for any resident care needs. From misplaced glasses to mysterious skin rashes youre on the case!
• Become a family whisperer! Respond to family members needs with the charm of a talk show host and the wisdom of a sage.
• Be the communitys very own town crier! Keep the lines of communication wide open with your supervisor and peers. No resident issue is too small for your megaphone!
• Don your invisible superhero cape! Monitor the safety and well-being of residents like a friendly neighborhood watchperson.
• Be the voice for those who cant speak up! Report any suspicion of abuse neglect or resource misappropriation. Youre not just following regulations; youre a resident rights crusader!
• Play Spot the Difference with resident health! Report any changes to your supervisor faster than you can say bingo night.
• Become a documentation dynamo! Monitor and document resident conditions with the flair of a bestselling author.
• Transform into a medication maestro! Assist residents with their daily medication routines conducting this important task with the precision of a Swiss watch (and in accordance with state law of course).
• Be the guardian of the golden quill! Ensure all documentation is completed with the attention to detail of a master calligrapher.
• Embrace your inner handyperson! Complete work orders with the enthusiasm of a home improvement show host.
• Be a meeting maven! Attend participate and contribute to monthly staff meetings like youre the star of your own reality TV show about amazing caregivers.
• Be ready for anything! Other duties may be assigned so keep your Swiss Army knife of skills sharp and ready!

Qualifications :

Super Qualifications for Our Care Crusader!

• Fluent in the language of awesomeness (aka English) - reading writing and speaking skills required!
• One-year experience in elder care preferred (bonus points if you can name all the Golden Girls!)
• Tech-savvy enough to navigate an Electronic Health Management system like a pro gamer
• Self-management skills that would anyone proud
• Multi-tasking abilities that rival an octopus juggling chainsaws
• Ability to keep secrets better than a spy (confidentiality is key!)

Physical Superpowers Needed:

• Strength to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds (about the weight of a small kangaroo)
• Stamina for constant standing and walking (its like a free gym membership!)
• Flexibility to stoop reach and occasionally crawl (think of it as adult hide-and-seek)
• Superhero-level resistance to kryptonite (aka potential exposure to communicable diseases)
• Tolerance for household chemicals (embracing your inner cleaning guru)
• Ability to switch between sitting standing and bending like a master yogi
• People skills to rival a talk show host (youll be interacting with clients family and visitors)
