Job Description

Job Title: HR Associate Recruitment and Engagement
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Officer
Location: Steelworld Tower NS Amoranto corner Biak na Bato Quezon City 1114 Metro Manila 11th Floor Fredley Group of Companies
Employment Type: Full-Time - Onsite

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Associate Recruitment and Engagement to support our talent acquisition efforts and employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in attracting hiring and retaining top talent while also enhancing the overall employee experience through effective engagement programs.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions and postings.

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media employee referrals and recruitment events.

  • Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.

  • Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.

  • Organize events such as onboarding sessions team-building activities employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives.

  • Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys focus groups and informal channels.

  • Support internal communication efforts to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Monitor engagement KPIs and help implement action plans for continuous improvement.

 


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in HR preferably in recruitment and/or engagement.

  • Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms.

  • Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A passion for people culture and building a positive work environment.
