CT - Driving Technological Transformation
Are you interested in a career in IT and looking for an introduction to working in IT Our ICT team are offering a fantastic trainee opportunity for a temporary 12-week contract for individuals interested in gaining initial exposure to ICT support tasks.
As a Trainee ICT Engineer you will assist with routine tasks such as setting up laptops and mobile phones basic software installation and general admin. You will be based at one of our council hubs but may occasionally accompany team members to other Council locations dependent on service needs. Travel for this will be arranged as required.
You will be part of a small team focused on maintaining day-to-day operations and training will be provided to help you carry out your assigned tasks for our processes.
No formal qualifications or experience are needed you should just have a genuine interest in a career in ICT and a willingness to learn. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems working with technology and helping others.
