Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will drive Klugos financial performance fueling growth protecting margins and ensuring cash flow confidence. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery to provide the models insights and clarity needed for fast informed decisions.
We dont believe your skills can be summed up in a bunch of dot points but for those doing a quick skim heres a snapshot of what you could do on a project:
- Lead Klugos financial strategy modelling and performance across Australia and the U.S.
- Own end-to-end budgeting forecasting and P&L management for a scaling professional services business
- Drive operational and financial visibility partnering closely with Sales Marketing People and Delivery teams
- Oversee payroll superannuation compliance and vendor relationships including U.S. filings (Colorado)
- Improve cash flow revenue recognition WIP tracking and employee cost insights through smart systems and tools
- Be both strategic and hands-on working directly in systems like NetSuite Rippling HiBob and ICS
There are a lot of things that make you you! However given finance is quite complex there are a few must haves for this position:
- CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in a senior finance role within a professional services or people-based business
- Strong financial modelling budgeting and forecasting capability
- Proven ability to work across multi-entity operations (AU U.S. preferred)
- Solid understanding of WIP revenue recognition and employee cost management
Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience with tools like NetSuite Rippling HiBob or similar systems
