As a Field Investigator you will have a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the community by conducting thorough furlough investigations and criminal records checks. Your work will involve maintaining detailed case files preparing reports and correspondence to judges and facilities and communicating investigative information effectively. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a logbook and contacting various agencies to gather information about potential risks and concerns regarding the re-entry of individuals on furlough. Your observations and input will be vital in identifying potential issues and informing staff about furlough considerations. In addition as a Field Investigator you will be responsible for reporting any suspicious threatening non-compliant or abnormal behavior or situations that may arise during your investigations.
