If so the AB Third Party (AB3P) team is seeking an exceptional B2B Go-to-Market Lead to build and scale a GTM strategy to drive Seller adoption of Amazons fulfillment channels for top B2B selection.
In this role you will work closely with Product Teams Account Managers and Sellers. Your objective will be to define the right customer experience solve complex and ambiguous problems and drive new feature/ tool adoption across Sellers.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnerships with Product Tech Sales Consumer AB Customer Marketing Legal PR and other teams - as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. This role requires an analytical GTM lead with a granular understanding of how to align AB3P offerings to 3P Seller objectives while constantly adjusting based on industry trends and feedback from Sellers.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable building a business is metrics and data driven has a strong desire to learn and lead in a fast-paced environment. You are able to think strategically look at the business analytically and implement flawlessly. As a leader the right candidate will be comfortable with executive interactions be an excellent communicator passionate advocate and creative professional. You will build and inspire a positive high-energy results-oriented culture in our team creating a measurable impact across Amazon Business.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute Seller-facing Go-to-Market strategies to drive awareness and adoption of exiting and new products/ features.
- Build reporting to track progress towards FBA adoption.
- Own metrics reported in QBRs presented to VPs.
- Engage with Sellers to drive new feature adoption through data led insights and collect Voice of Seller feedback.
- Manage projects in a timely fashion for multiple deliverables on competing timelines.


- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
- Experience (5 years) building and executing GTM strategies program management or product management.

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience creating and managing complex cross-team project plans

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
