Senior Business Controller to H&M Beauty – Private label

H&M BEAUTY is capturing the enormous potential of the beauty market by becoming the worlds most fashionable beauty destination. On this journey we have reimagined our makeup line continuously elevating our private label assortment to include makeup beauty tools body care and fragrance. We also focus on building a credible and complete beauty destination by complementing our in-house offerings with the latest external beauty brands enabling our customers to complement their fashion looks with top beauty products.

WHAT YOULL DO

We are looking for a Senior Business controller to our H&M Beauty private label team.  In the role you are responsible for creating and optimizing budgets selling and profit short and long term. You are responsible for the analysis in your team and you will take business-minded decisions and implement actions based on your analysis. You will be an informal leader and a central part of the role is to work close with Section head to set the assortment strategies and implement them through guiding and supporting Planners Brand managers and Junior Buyers to meet common goals. You will also work with develop way of working efficiency and securing alignment with other functions through cross collaboration.

You are a self-motivated person with a curious mindset and a genuine passion for growing businesses through outstanding products and offering. A person with a get-it-done attitude growth mindset and inspiring straight forward communication. You thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and are constantly looking for possibilities to drive & hunt sales develop the business and find new ways to revenue based on the overall vision & goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing analysis within your teams take business-minded decisions and implement actions based on the analysis
• Together with your teams you will be responsible for our global assortment and maximizing sales and profit within H&M Beauty
• Work closely with the Section Head the assortment team and other functions within Beauty all working together to create the best Omni Customer Offer
• Take ownership of the planning function driving the development of both the team and our operational processes.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with:

• A degree in business engineering or similar 
• Minimum 2 years working experience from a Business Controller role
• Experience from working with expansion and growth is meritorious 
• Experience of developing and setting new methods and processes to work more effectively and efficient  
• Strong leadership and project management skills; inspire lead engage & follow up 
• Business sense and capture potential together with a strategic mindset  
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn your analysis into actions

This is a fulltime temporary position parental cover for 1 year based at our Head Office in Stockholm Sweden and you will report to the Assortment Controller in H&M Beauty.
