Job Description
Mximo responsable sobre la planeacin diseo construccin supervisin puesta en operacin y cierre del proyecto siendo responsable sin limitarse a:
- Definir las estrategias del proyecto.
- Supervisar y aprobar la planeacin del proyecto
- Gestionar y liderar al equipo del proyecto PMO y STE guindolos hacia el cumplimiento
- de los objetivos del proyecto
- Gestin de los riesgos durante todas las etapas del proyecto
- Monitoreo y control del proyecto; alcance diseo presupuesto programa construccin calidad entrega y cierre
- Cumplimiento normativo y tico del proyecto asegurando que se cumpla con todas las leyes normas regulaciones y estndares aplicables asi como con los procesos y procedimientos establecidos por el aeropuerto.
- Comunicacin efectiva; presentar ideas y resultados a diversas audiencias
- Toma de decisiones clave que afecten el desarrollo y xito del proyecto
- Innovacin; incorporar metodologas tecnologas y procesos innovadores que mejoren la ejecucin del proyecto.
- Gestionar el proyecto conforme a las buenas prcticas definidas en el estndar internacional del PMI y metodologa Lean.
- Mantener la confianza y credibilidad con el equipo PMO STE Proveedores y el aeropuerto.
Qualifications :
- Ingeniera Civil Arquitectura o afn (Titulado)
- 15 aos mnimo en proyectos de infraestructura.
- Gestin de proyectos segn los estndares del PMI PMBOK o similar
- Certificacin PMP (deseable)
- Conocimiento y dominio de softwares relacionados a proyectos de infraestructura y gestin de proyectos.
