What Youll Do on a Typical Day
- Monitor real-time data (ADH & AHT) and service levels
- Call out intraday deviations to team leader and identify possible reasons for plan deviations
- Monitor forecast variance for percent for calls and handle time.
- Implement and clearly communicate strategies to improve team performance and policy adherence to team members
- Collaborate with workforce management to optimize colleague upskilling over- and under-staffing and holiday adjustments
- Collaborate with team leaders and workforce management on recovery plans for TSF ESF and CSF
What Were Looking For
- Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Passion for problem solving and improving processes
- Knowledge of travel trends and industry standards
- Passion for excellence in client service
- Attention to detail
- Able to act with integrity and deal with personal and confidential information
- Adaptable and able to multitask
- Able to prioritize and calmly resolve high pressure situations
- Should be comfortable to work in 24*7 environment
